Ealing Council have decided to stop the homeless sleeping outside the old town hall by sectioning the area off with a one band of cellotape! You couldn't make it up !!

I'm not sure either but currently it helps the homeless there as it gives them some shelter/privacy
Today it was all being boarded up - whether to exclude the homeless or because renovation works are due to start, I don't know

Walked past yesterday. The area has been sort of cordoned off with a mixture of tape and barriers. In the middle was a man fast asleep!
