So it seems Berrymede school is not good enough with a ofsted report of 2 compared to Ark Academy 1, so Countryside development advertise's on rightmove their new luxury flats as being sited at the opposite end of Bollo Bridge Rd nearer to Ark Academy which shows it's proximity under school checker, just feel it's a bit misleading!http://www.rightmove.co.uk/new-homes-for-sale/property-57507674.html?premiumA=true
