Picture location representing Acton/West London, scenic

I'm trying to put together some pictures for a collage of Acton and West London. What sites/locations would your recommend eg Acton sign on the bridge at the start of Acton High Street... The more picturesque the better...Thanks

Thank you everyone, great ideas.  Will spend a sunny weekend going around the sites mentioned.  Any ideas how I can get to the top of St. Mary's church?

Yes, and the Aeronaut and the Station House on a weekend afternoon with lots of people outside!

The view from the A40 Western Avenue Perryn Road footbridge towards London.Views from the tower blocks in North Acton, not the tower blocks themselves.Views across North Acton Playing Fields and Wormwood Scrubs.The canal between Old Oak Common Lane and Ladbroke Grove.Views around and from Horsendon Hill.(I do not consider the ACTON sign over the Uxbridge Road Picturesque or Scenic)

Acton Park;Churchfield Road, especially looking towards the level crossing;the Victorian houses in Mill Hill and Avenue Road or Poet's Corner;avoid the High Street if you are looking for picturesque, but the sign lit up at night with the trees can look dramatic.

- Coming to South Acton and taking a landscape view of south acton park from All Saints Church covering the new Acton Gardens development..- Berrymead gardens view especially during the sunrise or sunset is also beautiful, you can actually see the shades of light reflected on different houses at different lengths..btw i am no photo expert just someone who enjoys a nice view..

Ooh, and if you can get to the top of St Mary's Church (opposite Morrison's) tower there are some lovely aerial shots to be had.

There are some lovely trees in Gunnersbury Park, although the buildings and infrastructure are undergoing refurbishment at the moment.Berrymead Gardens is quite picturesque, with its curve of pastel-painted houses.Some interesting architecture in the High Street, above the level of the shop fronts.
