Hi KevinThis fella is a gem. Had what I thought was a rising damp problem but, almost immediately, he said shoddy pipework to the communal drain outside was the culprit. I'd had four quotes from others - independents and specialists from other big chains - and they spoke of work costing from £300 to £1500.
