Need painter/decorator who can also skim plaster

Hi,I'm in need of a painter decorator who can also skim-plaster a small area. Property needs refreshing after being worse for wear for mould. Damn those 1930s builds with their solid brick walls, the external facing walls get so cold just attract moisture...only had it painted 2 years ago :(
