Apparently, there is worldwide shortage so it's hard to book one. I wanted to book for my daughter but all providers are now run out of it. The NHS has stocks only for the newborns after September 2015.However, as per this BBC article http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-35603938, stock will return to normal by July.Hope this helps.
