Traffic chaos around Gypsy Corner
There are current LBE roadworks around the Horn Lane / Noel Road junction, and a mention of corridor 3 phase 3 plans in the Local Implementation Plan 2014-2017, but I am unable to find any details. There is already chaos because of gas mains work in the area, and traffic is unable to reach the correct lane without blocking everyone else approaching Gypsy Corner. Where do I find detailed plans and proposals?
