Maybe Ealing could do the same? (From the W4 website): It's Clare, Deputy Head of Communications at the council.The council's Communications Team definitely pays attention to both this forum and the Brentford TW8 forum. It's really useful to see what local issues and goings on are concerning residents; and see what information people need would like more information on. Our approach to the forums is not to get involved with general discussions about the council or councillors; but if a resident has explicitly asked for information about a council service or policy that we can provide, we will always try and help. And, if someone posts inaccurate information about a council service or policy, we will always try and correct it, with the aim of helping residents access the services they need.What we cant do - and don't want to do for the sake of people who use the forums to talk about lots of non-council business, is to turn the forums into a "customer services" channel for the council.
