Proxy voting - conspiracy?

My son is trying to register to vote by proxy. He found the form on the Ealing Council website which is fine - but at the end it says: Please return your completed form to: and then it's blank. Should he just send it to The Constituency Returning Officer, Ealing Council, Town Hall, New Broadway, London W5 2BY?

I've just applied for a postal vote as I'm on holiday in May: was able to scan and email the form in and have already had an acknowledgement - very efficient.The form had a link to find your local contact:www.aboutmyvote.co.ukThat will give you the Ealing contact details, which are:Electoral Registration Officer, Town Hall, New Broadway, London W5 2BY.

I'd call the democratic services people at the town hall in Ealing. I always find them receptive and helpful.
