Vincini Pizzeria & Tratoria

Just went past the old Tiffin and Fresco or see the new temporary signage.In addition, I see the Sheepwalk Tavern has closed again. Anyone know of plans for the pub and the other locals recently closed - Kings Head and Duke of York?

I fear there's not much future for many pubs...they make much more money converting to flats. As long as we keep four or five, we will be doing comparatively well....
