Fly tipping - alleyway between Scope and MeatCetera

Since the work on the Oaks Centre started, I've noticed a lot of fly tipping in that alleyway.  I suspect there are people living rough round the back of the restaurant, as I've seen mattresses being left out, disappearing and coming back again, and often see lights around the back long after the restaurant has closed.I've reported a particularly blatant incident today (even got a photo of the van) but apparently it's private land, so I'm not sure what happens from here.Anyone else noticed the problem in this area?I know it's not the restaurant owners - they are lovely guys and being very responsible with their rubbish.  Oh, and their burgers are pretty good too!

Today at 16:40, while I was parked in the Stop and Shop at the top of Larden Road I saw a white van pull up on the other side of the road. The driver got out, unloaded an old small fridge onto the pavement, waited a few minutes for some woman (his wife I guess) and then drove off.The truck had Kitchen Tech written on the side 0208 749 7606.I take it this is the shop on The Vale.Wonder if he does this all the time!!Amazing! In broad daylight!Wish I had brought my camera!

The bottom of Berrymead Gardens on the grass area is terrible now. So much rubbish is being dumped there. The Council clear it away and the next day it is all back again.

Gill,Fly Tipping will become a worse problem since the introduction of these hated Wheelie Bins,Altogether now toEaling Council,We told you so!!!!!
