Even when the lighting is working, the new lights are little better than old 40 watt bulbs - anyone with slightly poor eyesight can have problems. Also, pavements, particularly in East Churchfield road leading to the station are truly dreadful - and have been for at least 15 years or so to my knowledge. Hope your bruises are better soon Sarah, but I suspect any complaints to the Council would be greeted by 'do you have any witnesses'. It's easy to report that street lights are not working, but as they state that it takes 5 working days to get anything done it still means dark walks I'm afraid.
