Home renovations

Hello everyone,I am planning to carry out some mid scale renovations on my flat and would like some recommendations/pointers for trades people and specialists in the following area that any of YOU HAVE USED and been happy with (also appreciate PM for those to avoid!)Structural engineer who has experience in basement load bearing walls and might be able to Project manage the whole renovation.Builder who can undertake building work including removal of load bearing wall, kitchen and bathroom renovation, reflooring and new lighting.Thank you
