Short let tenancy advice needed

I am going to be selling my flat in Poets Corner in the Summer, but don't really want it to be empty whilst on the market. Is there such a thing as a specialist short let agency? Or any other ideas about how I could go about renting whilst on the market, would be greatly appreciated.
