THAI TOUCH THERAPY

Just had an off experience at this place.  My daughter had a voucher for a foot massage which I bought her. I made an appointment over the phone for her.  When we went for it the place was full of women (staff) sitting in the reception, one had a baby.  We were told that we did not have an appointment.  I insisted that we did as I had made it myself.  The girl on the reception and told me I must have made the booking somewhere else!  After showing her the gift voucher she grudgingly said she would do the massage.  At which time my daughter was so put off by their attitude she did not feel inclined to have a massage by any of them.  So I requested a refund £45 which was given and we went next door to North Chine and had wonderful food and service.  I am perplexed as to how Thai Therapy stays in business! Would never go there again.

I am sorry to cause surprise and amazement to you and your friends but frankly my experience at this place was NOT courteous or brilliant.  On recommendation I went to Vogue in The Vale and it was fantastic, the staff were really nice, friendly and the foot massage was one of the best I have ever had.  I would recommend them.  They offer an extensive range of wonderful massage treatments.

Must admit, I am very surprised at your treatment.  The staff there are extremely nice, courteous and offer a brilliant service - many of my friends go there too and are amazed at your negative experience there.  They have been around a long time and have a loyal customer base here in Acton.

Much nicer Thai massage place on The Vale - Vogue Aesthetic Clinic and Spa. The staff are all lovely.

I have had proper Thai massages there on a number of occasions, Natalie, and they have been amazing.  I'm sorry you had that bad experience as it is good (albeit a bit run down).  Just shows how one bad employee can harm a business.  If you and Lucy ever pluck up the courage, try it but go for a Thai body massage.  You'll be wobbly for weeks!
