Raw Chicken in Acton Park

We have just been to Acton Park to walk our dogs and I noticed one of my dogs started chewing on something and then realised that it was a piece of raw chicken. There were about 10 pieces scattered between a few trees. My husband was told a couple of months ago that people were leaving poisoned chicken pieces near trees but we haven't seen anything until today. We picked them up and threw it in the bin but thought it best to let other dog walkers know. So sad because we love walking our dogs there.

if you are walking up the main path on the west side of the park from Uxbridge road towards Churchfield road it is the group of trees on your right about 20 metres up.

Whereabouts in the Park was this? Would be useful to know.

We frequently have to put a muzzle on our dog in the local parks, not to protect the public from him, but to protect him from the unwitting public who leave food in the park for animals, which makes him quite ill.  The birds, squirrels and foxes find enough on their own, thank you very much.
