Virgin broadband

Anyone else having problems? I have had no broadband since last Wednesday. They tell me it is due to a major and complex issue in W3 which is affecting all users and which won't be fixed till Friday! I checked with my neighbour and also Virgin gym and neither are having problems. Is it just me and if so what can I do?

That appears to be a standard excuse from Virgin. If you know the location of your local street cabinet it may have had the door forced open - they are not as rugged as BT boxes.

Paul - thanks. This is all very odd. No one else seems to be having a problem and yet it's supposed to affecting the whole of Acton!

Fine in my bit of "W3 6" - getting 95Mb/s down and 10Mb/s up - with no problems reaching usual sites.
