Will the Ultra-Low Emission Zone make Acton Posher than Ealing
An interesting and probably unintended consequence of the plans to cut air pollution is that Acton will become full of nice new shiny cars whereas Ealing will be the home of the old banger which won't be allowed into W3. Will that make it a more desirable post code?The other likely outcome is a big transfer of wholesaling and logistics businesses out of Park Royal as their costs will rocket if they stay.
