With the ever increasing population in Acton,is it right to have no A &E at Central Middlesex Hospital and only one fire engine at Acton Fire Station?

When you have net migration of 300,000 per year and closing A and E depts. this is obviously unsustainable. I suggest we stop paying £12 billion pounds per year in foreign aid and build hospitals and schools and also add a new tax similar to national insurance to help the NHS with our increasing older population.

No clearly not a satisfactory situation re A&E. I am part of a group which is trying to save hospital services but feel they are slowly ebbing away....http://www.ealingsaveournhs.org.uk/
