LBE - complaints about the bins /rubbish etc

Found this on the chiswickw4.com site, posted by Penelope Crocker: "a new email service has been set up to deal with complaints for Ealing residents. It is VIPStreets".  Haven't tried yet if it works. FYI

But that's not an email address and there seems to be no related website with that name.Given the council binned the Streetwatchers email address (presumably because it made it too easy to report, compared with five page form) it seems unlikely the same people would do this.
