Estate Agent recommendation

Can anyone recommend a good estate agent in the area for sales? I'm selling my foat in Poets Corner. I've contacted a couple, but their fees are outrageous!! Of course, I realise I will have to pay some commission!

Go with Rolfe East then - seem to have a very good reputation!  Good luck.  A lot of people seem to sell their properties on-line now and cut out the middle man (estate agent).  Can anyone recommend any sites out there?

Grimshaws in Ealing Common are very good apparently.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laurence Truett from Rolfe East. He is a very nice guy and rates were the most reasonable in Acton.
