Road swept now left with 12 green bags plus now people dumping their black bags on top
Why do the council sweepers or pickers in this case leave their green bags on the pavement and not collected on the same day so now we black bags of food etc dumped from households that can't be bother to use the bins it's the weekend so by next week the pile up and the fox's rats will have a field day
