We moved to Mill Hill Park area 5 years ago are very happy here. What we were attracted to was the architectural diversity of the housing stock, plenty of local parks and fantastic transport links. What we found when we moved in was that the area had a fantastic community feel, very friendly, quiet, with a very low crime rate in general. In the past families were detracted from moving in because of its proximity to Berrymead Primary, however, most residents have their children either in West Acton, Derwentwater or Southhfield primaries, or in independent schools in Chiswick and Ealing. The new Arc Academy school in Acton Park, which proved itself well so far, will also be easily accessible.Houses and gardens in Mill Hill Park area tend to be larger and more architecturally interesting, and compared to the Poets' Corner, a much better value for money. The painstakingly up-to-date Mill Hill Park Residents' Association website millhillparkpark.org will give you a good feel for the community spirit and the pride residents have in the area.
