Anyone missing a black and white (male?) cat near Noel Road?

There has been a black and white cat which looks to be a male, hanging around in our garden constantly yowling/crying day and night for the last couple of weeks.  We've seen it on and off before and a few times it's gotten in through our catflap late in the evening before we've locked it.  But recently it seems to be here all day as well and night and just constantly crying.  It doesn't look particularly underfed and it's friendly (very happy to have strokes and cuddles from me - albeit still crying all the time).  I have two spayed female cats so at first I thought he was wanting them (although they won't be in heat), however even with the door open and my cats sitting there he isn't approaching them and there doesn't seem to be any aggression between them.  My cats just watch him carefully but have not gone for him or even putting their ears back/hissing etc.  He just sits there crying.  I haven't fed him as I don't want to encourage the behaviour as I already have my cats to think about and he could belong to someone else.If anyone has a male black and white cat that they know to be very vocal and disappears off a lot please contact me - he may be lost. I am located midway between west acton school and the park on Noel Road - so likely to come from somewhere around this area although if he is lost he may have wandered further.I will try and put posters up too but if I don't get any response I will have to call the RSPCA to come and get him.
