Rubbish and recycle wheelie bins - swap large for medium or small

We foolishly accepted the large rubbish and recycle wheelie bins - and they are very large indeed.We can swap them via the council but that seems to take ages so if anyone is interested in getting our large ones in return for their medium or small ones please contact me at bartgovaert@gmail.comThanks!Bart

There must be lots of people who could swap down.  I'm not so sure about swapping up.  It is a shame that there wasn't more work done on this at the outset with Keep Britain Tidy if the Council was unable to do the work.
