Yesterday around 10am in the morning I witnessed the most shocking and terrifying theft in Asda (Park Royal) car park. In broad daylight these thugs go around smashing car windows and stealing property.They're all dressed in black and ride a black moped with the rear numberplates hidden. If you're out and about and see a black moped with 2 riders going past every red traffic lights, that's them! Is the police having a siesta? Be careful please.
