Burnt-out wheelie bins?

Saw burnt wheelie bins today on Maldon road and Spencer road - anyone heard anything about it?

Not sure of the road name. Leading up towards Derwentwater school main entrance.  Outside one of the properties, there is rubbish strewn across part of the pavement which had obviously been set alight at some point.

Samantha,I through the forum,informed everyone re the fire of Wheelie Bins,Thank you for the Information,fire authorities throughout the U.K,are aware of the problems,and have attended many incidents regarding same,regards John.
