Lots of info on www.greenredeem.co.uk  I don't think you need to be registered with them to read a lot of this.  If you are an Ealing resident and aren't registered you might consider doing so to get the benefits.  (I have to say that I spend a lot of time ignoring it - it depends on what else I need to do - it is possible to just use it when you can.)
