Black Friday (or for some Buy Nothing Day)

I suspect this will just increase the amount of rubbish left lying around as rampant consumerism blinds the senses and more "stuff" is bought without any thought of how and where to dispose of the items superseded.  It will be interesting to see how many large unflattened boxes appear...

Started off as Black Friday and now seems to go on all week, have not noticed any further reductions, some items are the same price every week even though they say 'cheaper' ?
