Cloister Rd drunk leaves trash in lane way. Caught on CCTV.

See  http://youtu.be/hL0wuyvOECESerial litterer has dumped 100s of empty Polish beer cans and wine bottles in our lane way for years. Please help police identify her for prosecution.

The stuff on the ground is grass. Shows up as white on the IR night cameras.FYI, 2 more cans in recent nights.

Ron I can't PM you. The people to deal with this are the Safer Neighbourhood team. The enforcement officer is very good too.  Give me a shout tomorrow.
