Dennis, I responded rudely to you because you launched into a tirade at me despite my not replying to you and despite me not being initially rude in anyway. I was informing someone else about the division of political responsibilities. This is a fact! If you go to your MP and moan about the rubbish collection they'll smile politely and thank you for your time and then file the complaint under "stuff we don't do". If you want to contact a politician about rubbish or refuse collections you go to your local councillors.Because you were rude and nasty to me, I'll be rude and nasty back at you.
