Is anyone missing a cat

Is anyone missing an orange and white cat in the Maldon Rd, Acacia Rd, Cumberland Park / Rd area, which has appeared over the weekend in our garden and has taken residence in our kitchen. Please let us know. We'll be taking it to the vets to see if it's been chipped. In the interim. Its here.

I've made contact with the owner by putting a message in a collar and all is well. Apparently he likes multiple homes!

Also forgot to mention, they said not to put highly reflective collar on your cat as easier for larger animals to spot them.

Hi Nina, yes my one can be a bit of a nuisance waking me up during the night but he's getting used to the fact he won't be let out.

Animal charities always advise that cats are kept in at night, with litter trays being provided.  It's not always easy, as some cats seem to be very much night animals, but it advisable, particularly when older cats are involved.

I was given this advice and would like to pass it on to any cat owners, i was told to keep my elderly cat inside at night and provide cat litter tray, having lost one older cat which the foxes may have caught because as cats age they can no longer protect themselves or quick enough to get away. Also beginning of new year until March/April the foxes are breeding and become more aggressive so if possible keep you cats inside.
