Acton gardens        lowry court  rubbish and a rat

Was walking pass the building  today, about 10 black bags of rubbish piled high by the waste room a big rat siting on one of the bags. why is it left to build up or people to lazy to open the rubbish door terrible the place could with a good clean. sorry for the people who bought  thier

I think this is becoming a problem everywhere. A friend lives in a modern block in Croydon and their inadequate rubbish/recycling facilities are overrun with rats. Now a smell in the stairwell suggests that one of them has died in an inaccessible place, which is causing insects to gather!

I suggest that everybody tweets/contacts Cllr Bassam of the Bins Mahfouz then!  He should be able to send in some educational and and management help.

The managing company is Catalyst and they are doing a pretty rubbish job!

Yep it is and you see the cracks being seen now. Bad buildings  green on the walls plus shrubs and green space not cared for cars  and vans pakked over the plants but worse of all we lost the local shops so the old and the disabled have to all the way to Acton high St or chiswick promised a shop would open in 2016 still not arrived terrible
