No response from councillors.

My son wrote to 68 of 69 Councillors about a life threatening issue caused by Ealing Social Services and received one reply which was not particularly helpful.

I don't know what i am supposed to do as an isolated single parent trying to help my son adjust to life with enduring mental health problems. An acknowledgement that mistakes were made and they are partly responsible for the hell my son went through would certainly be something. They block us. I just want my son to live.Any help or advice is very welcome.

Trying to resolve a life threatening situation for my son. He was made very ill all through his teen years with a social services issue. I want to save his life after 7 suicide attempts. My son recognises the problem and appealed for help. We have again been threatened by the police and legal team. I just want my son to live and feel that my mental health is getting very poor indeed.

I'm just wondering why your son would write to all the Councillors, though like you I'm puzzled that his own Councillors did not reply. Does he know who they are? Additionally, the Cabinet member responsible for that part of Social services where your son has a problem would also be interested. If he looks on the Council website, the addresses and telephone numbers of the above are listed. Maybe he could try again?
