Public meeting - Save Ealing Hospital
Wednesday 15 February at 7.30pm in Ealing Town Hall. Organised by Ealing Council, speakers include Julian Bell, Dr Onkar Sahota, and speakers from Healthwatch and Save our NHS campaign.The NHS published a £500 million savings business case in December 2016 that shows the downgrade of Ealing A&E so no blue lights will be accepted as well as virtually all surgery and critical care to be removed from Ealing Hospital by 2022. Charing Cross hospital will then follow also becoming a "local" hospital.Two A&Es have already closed in our area. Axing two more when existing services are under increasing strain seems like madness. Come to the meeting to find out more and make your views known.
