Block Management

Hi Everyone, I live in a block of 8 flats and we are looking for a new managing agent to run the block. Standard list of services required including accounting, cleaning, maintenance, insurance etc. Would love to hear from anyone living in a block that is satisfied with the running of the building. I agree with Chris. we also manage our own block of 6 flats and have done for years - much cheaper and much better control - it's essential to have a sinking fund so that you all make regular payments in - that way all regular expenses are covered and you'll build up a fund for larger repairs.

I am - but we manage our 11 flats ourselves as a housing co-operative
