Dog Walkers Be Careful in Acton Park

I walked my dogs this afternoon in Acton Park and beneath a tree on the way to the pond area my dogs came across a lot of raw chicken cut up into small pieces.   I managed to scoop most of it up before they got to it but one ate a small piece that I couldn't get off him.  Looking online, there have been dog poisonings in the park in the past.  Not sure what to do - he seems fine at the moment - but I won't be letting my dogs off in the park again.  Please be vigilant if you are letting your dogs off the lead.

Thank you for the warning. I'm not sure if the people who do this are evil or stupid. I suspect the latter. For about six months last year I found small piles of rice on the corners of the streets here. A magnet for rats and birds. I suspected poison but in the end it was simply someone disposing of it.
