Friary Park Environmental StatementCatalyst Housing Group has submitted a screening opinion (Ref: 166644SCE) to the London Borough of Ealing as part of their relentless attempt to demolish 230 family homes without consulting their tenants, the Friary Green Residents Association or Central Acton Neighbourhood Forum.Ealing Council has assured the Friary Park Preservation Group that any CHG application has to be supported by a number of specific assessments so they must produce:-1. Planning Statement; 2. Design and Access Statement;3. An Environmental Statement on a) Transport; b) Noise and Vibration; c) Air Quality; d) Land Quality; e) Water Resource and Flood Risk;f) Archaeology; g) Ecology; h) Wind Microclimate; i) Socio-Economics; j) Socio-Economics j) Heritage and Townscape Visual Effects and k) Cumulative Effects.4. Daylight, Sunlight and Overshadowing Assessment;5. Statement of Community Involvement;6. Health Impact Assessment;7. Refuse Management Plan;8.
