would anyone be able to recommend an estate agent in the area who could value and potential sell our flat on Churchfield road? Thanks for all help received.

I use Citydeal Estates for my rental stuff and they have been spectacular - can't fault them. Haven't needed them for selling though. Have heard good things about Aston and Dexters too. Online agents are worth a look if you know how to be pushy. From what I am hearing the market is quite poor at the moment so do be careful when you get the chatter from all the agents.

Aston Rowe are very good apparently from what I have heard. They seem to have the best presence of all the estate agents in the area. Or you could try and do it yourself - Purple Bricks, a lot of people seem to be cutting out the middleman now.
