Folks, please help to maintain these new trees and water them if you can or are able to. 2 litres of water every two weeks especially during summer. Each tree costs £250 to plant and maintain (the contractor should water them every few months) - after 3 years most trees are self sufficient and don't require additional water. Funding is partly through the Mayor of London and through our council tax. If interested Ealing runs a tree warden scheme supported by the Tree Council.
