Tailor Made Churchfield Rd

New restaurant/bar/creative hub at west end of Churchfield Road. Went last night and it has a great vibe. A few teething problems with timings in the kitchen (to be expected on their first full busy Saturday all day opening) but the food when it arrived was absolutely delicious.

Menu question... how long does breakfast last at the weekend?Son has been doing ridiculous diet for ten days as part of some sort of PR stunt for Leon. He craves real food.I said Tailor Made breakfast on Saturday. But he can't get there till 1215/1230.Is that too late? He is drooling already.

I think Bake Me and Tailor Made tie for first place in the Churchfield Road coffee stakes (though my nespresso machine round the corner isn't bad either.)Havent tried Greenbirds but you don't make it sound enticing....Other contestants?

I had the same issue with their weak coffee.  Thought it was just me.  It was disgusting and they didn't seem interested in whether I liked it or not.

Yes, wasn't sure there were tables outside. We have been going to the Rocket for breakfast for ages but they have changed their opening hours so we are looking for an alternative. We tried the green bird at Vindinista but found the coffee very disappointing (very weak filter coffee).

Can't you sit outside with the dog? There are at least two tables there. Seems a fair compromise (especially for those of us allergic to dogs indoors - achoo!)Breakfast this morning as delicious as ever and speedy too....

Gutted that they don't accept dogs as we always have Saturday morning breakfast en famille which includes the dog.

Breakfast is best...can't wait for granola tomorrow morning after session with PT..when I will deserve it.Breakfast does tend to be a bit slow though....who can wait 45 minutes of a morning even for Acton's best granola?Even the full English (which I wouldn't dream or actually ordering) - looks fantastic and I'm told it's brilliant.

I went for dinner with a friend on Friday night. The place was heaving but luckily we had booked a table. The food was absolutely delicious - grilled halloumi followed by chicken skewers - and the bread was to die for. My new favourite eating place in Acton.

Impulsive breakfast of the fab granola this morning.Apparently, as it is made fresh every morning, there can be a nut-free version too.Completely delicious and with ace coffee.

No they are not due to complaints about dogs (orignially it was). Think it was because of the size of the space. Real shame since i have a dog :-(

Not much space for dogs....or buggies for that matter. But there are a couple of outdoor tablesHave ben twice and not seen a dog in there.

Been in a few times and had a couple of long chats with Michael. Also took a friend and had a great coffee. Highly recommended and will be a regular i am sure. Need to get there for dinner!

Went last night - after multiple recommendations - as it happens they were all for the breakfast granola - oddly not on the menu at dinner time.It was really nice: enjoyed the decor and friendly pro-active (and generous) staff.The highlight of the food were the starters - do try the fried courgettes with Tzatziki.  The bread is amazing.Main courses fine - good chips too - but you can't tell so much about a place from a burger and a greek salad. The latter very pretty though. There are veggie starters, the salad and a vegetarian moussaka so that catered for too.Must go back for breakfast ASAP...

Hi Andrew. My two daughters and I enjoyed a lovely lunch on Thursday. I had the pork wrap and they had the lamb skewers - all delicious. Thank you for the complimentary bread and olives and for keeping our glasses topped up with iced water. Looking forward to a return visit.

Thank you so much for coming to the restaurant and for your patience. It has been a very very busy first week. I apologise for the waiting times. We just did not expect such a great response. Our number one priority is our clientele and their satisfaction coupled with freshly prepared, freshly cooked food.
