Concert on Saturday 1st July
Please come to an amazing and fun concert and evening: Acton4Syria is being held on Saturday 1st July, 7.30pm at St Mary's Church Acton. We're raising money for 2 fantastic charities: Samara's Aid,a small charity started by a mum who wanted to do something positive for war torn countries in the Middle East - this charity is manned by volunteers only so any money raised goes straight to the projects. The projects we're supporting are to provide medical aid to build hospitals within Syria, and to support local Syrian doctors, nurses and health professionals on the ground. Check it out: samarasaidappeal.orgThe other charity is Safe Passage which does amazing work with refugees. We have some stunning international and local professional musicians taking part and a really varied programme plus interval drinks, cakes and a raffle.
