Laptop repair

Both the ports on my laptop appear to be broken. One seems to be very loose and the other appears to be blocked. Can anyone on the forum recommend a repair shop or know someone that can fix it? I'm pretty useless with these things!As usual, thus has happened when I need the laptop fairly urgently.
