London Transport Acton Depot open this weekend

This is a really interesting visit right on our doorstep. It seems to be tremendously underpublicised and it isn't just for public transport geeks. The entrance to the depot is near Acton Town tube station.

I did it last year with my daughter. Was a fascinating and relaxing day. Not especially cheap but as someone who wouldn't know the front end of train from a banjo I can recommend it. Should be open more often tbh.
