Parking Permit - audits?

I've had a parking permit for Zone K a few years, but I've received a letter for the 3rd time this year from Ealing Council stating they are doing a permit audit.Requires to send in proof of a logbook and address.  Anyone else getting these? ridiculous, will be complaining!
