Moneybox has had some interesting programmes recently aboutRetirement Homes which have gone down in value.

Interestingly the sheltered housing prices are going DOWN at the moment - maybe because the age limitation means they are of less interest coworkers and therefore commuters.

Hmmm, interesting but double house prices in 3 years? Can see my flat in poets corner going up slightly but think this is a bit optimistic
