Churchfield Road works - noise on Saurday afernoon

All good and well these new pavements - but it is all a bit NOISY.My understanding is that noisy building works are not allowed on Saturday after one pm? Can anyone confirm that?Also does anybody know the name of he councillor who deals with these matters?Thanks!Bart

On house building, certainly works have to stop at noon or one.I'd try Dan Crawford - the most engaged of the Acton Central councillors.
