The site management appears to be trying to manage the traffic. Issues are caused when ignorant/selfish people park on the double yellow lines outside the shops. I've watched several jams happen there, where the traffic management people from the work site are attempting to get traffic to move in single file past these parked cars.I've also noticed that no parking wardens (acting on behalf of Ealing Council but employed by NSL) have been there to enforce the law and, perhaps more importantly for their employers, make some money by slapping some tickets on these illegally parked cars.
