Tarantella  - new Italian restaurant on the High Street

Opened last Saturday.  They had an opening buffet in the afternoon, so since my parents were visiting we popped in.  The staff are friendly and hospitable and the food is great.Took my dad for lunch there on Monday.  The pizza chef is from Naples and knows his business!  We had lovely pizza - ham and mushroom for Dad and tricolore for me.  Dad had the 'starter size' which was still plentiful!  We followed up with a delicious ice cream down the road at Fragola, but I'm sure Tarantella will do desserts too.Get down there and check them out.  Since the sad demise of Genuine it is good to know there is a good Italian on the High Street.  They are next door to Scope, opposite the old library.By the way, I have no connection with the business, other than wanting my neighbours to do well!

We had a lovely meal there this week. `It is still offering corkage until they get their license. Worthy of support : )

They have closed.  Presumably didn't get enough custom.Just come back from a lovely pasta meal at Tarantella.  Do pop in, you don't need jabs before you visit the High Street...! ;-)

I'm sure the food is great, just a shame they've decorated it like a cheap cafe inside rather than similar to the lovely interior the Chiswick branch has.
