New zones and residents parking

All, I got the letter saying I am now all day parking (not great news but that's another issue).My permit was due for renewal and I did that online at the start of the week and it looks like I've been charges for K1 still and the Ealing website doesn't appear to be updated.So what I'm not sure of is if they simply haven't updated their records or if I'm only supposed to be charged £53 as I renewed prior to year end? It's also saying K1 on the Ringo app.Anyone had similar issues before I go through the torture of having to phone the council on Monday?Regards, Carl  .

No - they just say which zone the area is in and what the times are.They do not say that K1 permit holders can park in K - however, the maps (not yet updated) on Ealing council web site state:"Please note - both K & K1 permits are interchangeable. Zone K permits may be used when parking in Zone K1 and Zone K1 permits may be used when parking in Zone K."from https://www.ealing.gov.uk/downloads/download/1879/zone_k1_-_area_map_and_eligible_address_listNote - that URL might change when they update their site with the new maps.
